F. Timothy Reineck, M.D.

Dr. Timothy Reineck was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. After completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Toledo, he attended Ohio State University Medical School graduating in 1973. Internship training was experienced at Butterworth Hospital, and orthopedic residency was then completed at Henry Ford Hospital in 1977. He then went on to fellowship training in adult reconstructive and joint replacement surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and New England Baptist Hospital. He joined K Valley Orthopedics in 1978, and has remained active in the practice of orthopedics at KVO since that time. In addition, he has been involved with teaching faculty of the Michigan State University (MSU) / Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies (KCMS) orthopedic residency training program.

His practice is focused in adult reconstructive and joint replacement surgery, primarily hip and knee, but also functions as a general orthopedic and orthopedic trauma surgeon. Currently, Dr. Reineck is considered the most experienced total joint replacement orthopedic surgeon in the Kalamazoo region.

Dr. Reineck and his wife, Michelle, have raised three children and remain active in the Kalamazoo area. He has been an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting, camping, and has creative interests in metal sculpture and outdoor art.
