Harry W. Burdick, M.D.
Dr. Burdick graduated from Berrien Springs High School, DePauw College, and the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed Orthopedic Residency training at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and spent 2 1/2 years in the U.S. Airforce. Dr. Burdick entered practice in Kalamazoo in 1963, and has remained there to the present time. He has served as a Diplomat on the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 1968. Dr. Burdick is semiretired and no longer performs surgery, but sees patients in consultation.
Dr. Burdick is married to Sandra L., and recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. He has three daughters and 10 grandchildren. He and his wife are members of Richland Bible Church, in Richland, Michigan. Dr. Burdick enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, woodworking and spending time in ministry with his wife Sandra in Open Hearts Ministry, a ministry to abuse victims.
