Scott Free, M.D.
Dr. Free has experience in general and trauma orthopedics and has been a physician at K Valley Orthopedics since 2002. He has been board-certified since July 2004. Professional memberships include American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Medical Association, Michigan State Medical Society, and Kalamazoo Academy of Medicine. He has been appointed a Clinical Assistant Professor for Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and is actively involved in resident education. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at Michigan State University/Kalamazoo Center For Medical Studies in 2001.
He attended Northwestern University for his undergraduate and medical school education. He was raised in central Indiana and now lives in the Kalamazoo area with his wife and children. Outside interests include bicycling, travel, and family activities.
